LastDevOps LLC (“LastDevOps”, "we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy covers our data collection practices and describes your rights regarding your personal data.

This Privacy Policy applies when you visit or use our website https://www.lastdevops.com, register or participate in our webinars, install LastDevOps Code Review Github App ("the App") or utilize our related services (the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. You shouldn’t use the Services if you don’t agree with this Privacy Policy or any other agreement that governs your use of the Services.

Information we collect

Information Provided by You

• Contact Information: When you visit our website and fill out Google Forms to subscribe for new webinars update or to contact our team, we ask for your email address. When you register to participate in webinars or events with us, we ask for your first and last name, email address, location, company and job title.  

• Customer Feedback: When you provide feedback through surveys, forms, or other means, we collect the information you share to improve our Services.

Information Collected Automatically

• Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We collect non-personal information automatically when you visit our website through the use of Google Analytics. This collected information may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and information about your usage of our website. We use tools like cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to gather the data listed above. LastDevOps uses both first-party (cookies which are set by our website when it is being visited) and third-party cookies (which are set by service providers  ). • Webinar Interaction: When you interact during our webinars on LinkedIn, Zoom and YouTube, we may collect information such as your comments, likes, and shares.

• Webinar Recordings: We store recordings of our webinars on YouTube, Zoom, Google Drive and LinkedIn. These recordings may capture your voice and any other information you share during the event.

• Github Repository Content: We access your Github Repository content after you install the App, including code, documentation, and other files, using the "Content" read-only permission. This access is strictly for the purpose of performing code analysis and providing feedback.

• Pull Request Information: We collect information about your GIthub repository's pull requests after you install the App, such as modified files, and review comments, using the "Pull Requests" read-write permission. This information is used to identify what files were modified to separate them from the full repository analysis.

• Project Metadata: We collect information about your installation and Github repository metadata after you install the App, such as your Github username, your Github repository full name. This information is used to differentiate between multiple reviews and for observability purposes.

PAYMENT PROCESSORS AND PARTNERS

When you purchase our app through Github Marketplace using a credit card or other payment method, your credit card is collected and processed by Github. You will be directed to the Github's website to provide your payment information. This payment partner privacy policy applies to the information you provide to them through their website https://github.com/ .

How we Use Your Information

• Marketing Communications: We use your email address to send you marketing information, updates, and promotional offers. You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email.

• Webinar Participation: We use the information collected during webinar registration to facilitate your participation in the event, send you relevant updates, and provide support.

• Website and Services Improvement: We use information collected through cookies and Google Analytics to improve our website, services, and user experience. Through our Google Analytics and our other service providers, we may use analytics to collect information about your use of the LastDevOps website and to create reports and statistics on the performance.

• Customer Feedback: We use the feedback you provide to enhance our products, services, and customer experience. We may also use your feedback for marketing purposes and publish it on our website.

• Webinar Recordings: We use recordings for future marketing, training, and quality assurance purposes. We also share recordings with all participants after webinars.

DO NOT TRACK

Your browser may provide you with the option to send a “Do Not Track” signal to websites you visit. This signal is used to request that websites do not send the requesting device cookies, but websites have no obligation to respond to such signal or modify their operation. We have not yet developed features that would recognize or respond to browser-initiated “Do Not Track” signals. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information.  LastDevOps secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure by using: 

• encryption-in-transit via Transport Layer Security (TLS) while transmitting data to other websites and the App

• encryption-at-rest via Google Cloud Platform's default encryption at rest capabilities while storing information you provided to us via Google Forms

• encryption-at-rest via Digital Ocean's default encryption at rest capabilities while storing information via Digital Ocean platform

We never sell or rent your Personal Information to anyone.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other types of misuse.

LastDevOps would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

• The right to access. Upon request, you have the right to obtain in a readable format a copy of your personal data that we obtained.

• The right to correct inaccuracies. You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate information in your personal data collected.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 years, and we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13 years. Please contact us if you believe we may have unknowingly collected information about a child under 13, and we will take immediate steps to delete any such personal information.

How to delete your PERSONAL information with us?

We retain the collected Personal Information in our system to provide you with continued service. If you want us to delete your Personal Information, please submit a support request using the Contact Us form and confirm authorization to delete your Personal Information stored with us. Upon authorization, our team will respond back and fulfill the request unless we are required by law or otherwise to retain your Personal Information. 

International Data Transfers

For users outside the United States, your country or jurisdiction may have data privacy laws different than the United States, but please note that we transfer data, including personal data, to the United States and process it there. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States.

LastDevOps keeps its privacy policy under regular review and places any updates on this web page.
