Introduction

LastDevOps LLC ("LastDevOps", "we", "our", "us") operates lastdevops.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use this website.

The Individual Development Platform software is open source under the MIT License. This policy covers the website, not your use of that software on your own systems.

What information we collect

• Calendly. Booking a call opens Calendly. Calendly collects the details you submit there, typically your name, email address, and anything else you add to the booking.
• Messages you send us. Email or other correspondence, including to privacy@lastdevops.com.
• Technical logs. IP address, user agent, referrer, and request timestamps from serving this website.

This website does not have accounts or checkout.

How we use it

• Schedule and hold the call you booked.
• Reply to email you send us.
• Secure the site and meet legal duties.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — the call you asked to book.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — securing the site and answering email. We balance these against your rights.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — when law requires us to keep or disclose information.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent personal information. The booking runs on Calendly, which has its own policy:

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Cookies

Opening the scheduler loads Calendly, which may set its own cookies. Calendly's practices are in the policy linked above. You can block cookies in your browser; the scheduler may then not work.

International transfers

We are in the United States. Calendly processes booking data as described in its privacy notice, which may include processing outside your country. Contact privacy@lastdevops.com if you need more detail.

Retention

• Booking details: for as long as needed to hold the call and any follow-up, or until you ask us to delete them, and also subject to Calendly's own retention.
• Email: while the correspondence is active, then as long as needed for follow-up or legal retention, or until you ask us to delete it.
• Server logs: a short technical window.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including Texas TDPSA, GDPR/UK GDPR, and similar laws), you may have rights to:

• Access a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete personal data
• Export / portability of data you provided
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights

How to exercise: email privacy@lastdevops.com. We aim to respond within one month (or sooner where state law requires, for example 45 days under Texas TDPSA where it applies). For data held in a Calendly booking, you can also use Calendly's own tools.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority in your country.

Children

The site is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

This site uses TLS in transit. Calendly applies its own security to bookings. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the Effective Date above when we do. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy where permitted by law.
