About
LastDevOps is a fractional CTO practice. I run it.
I am Oleksandr (Alex) Snihovyi. The work on this site is the method I use with SME owners in healthcare and hospitality: shadow the real operation, assess a few workloads against evidence, write a strategy the board and engineering can share, turn it into a roadmap, and stay for the implementation in 90-day blocks.
The method is public. Client names, numbers, and board papers are not, unless a client decides otherwise. I do not publish anonymous results.
